🥰🙏🤗 Thank you so much for this!!! HOW INCREDIBLE!!! & Nothing short of divinely orchestrated how I found this video in an old Playlist and instantly knew it was the one I needed. My positive part hugged the other near the end. Recognizing g and affirming to her that they both wanted the same thing for me, and could work together as suggested. It's not easy for me to relax enough to get fully into these deep meditative states...esp in shorter meditations. But you nailed it with this one. Will definitely sharing with others, and tuning in again as needed! Thank you thank you!!

This was an amazing meditation. I did this in my bath tub as I relaxed I envisioned the water running on my body as if I was under a water fall ( I lowered the flow to the very minimum to not waste water and also feel every drop and be more present and relaxed. When targeting each part with one palm at the time I allowed the water fall in each hand to keep me focused. I felt amazing afterwards and felt pleased at understanding and integrating the part of me that wants to be a jill of all trades to keep me safe from scarcity and the one that wants to be the best at one thing and be less stressed. I appreciate your work and that you share it with us 🙏 . I will be the best at what I do integrating my other skills and adding value to that one thing, which is dance fitness!

I wish he would stop talking for a few minutes so I could actually think. But he wouldn’t shut up it was really frustrating I don’t like having to pause it because I’m not as deep in the subconscious then and the music is stopped too. He says he will give us a moment and gave us one hold second. And then he tells us to think about things but doesn’t shut up so we can think. I literally couldn’t hear myself think through his constant words. Please if anyone has any other videos where they actually give you the time to converse with your parts and wait for the answers to flow please link it thanks.

I've tried for years to learn why my life wan't working out and how to fix it, spending thousands of dollars with some success. I am an layman but believe Depression is Anger turned inward on ones self. Anger at our failures, not overcoming set backs, lack or why we are not further along in the life we had created in our heads and why we haven't been able to live up to our stated desires. A high level teacher I paid an large amount of money to states his motto as, "people live lives with the metaphorical equivalent of an jet motor strapped to their back and an large anchor chained around their ankle. They keep trying to make the jet more powerful but they would take off like an rocket if they just cut the freaking anchor loose." An couple months ago I found an practitioner of Dr. Bradley Nelson's Emotion Release Technique and after 6 sessions with her I have found guided meditations such as the one above, prayer, self hypnosis and auto-suggestion are are working better by an order of multitude for me now. My advise is to first write yourself an note of how bad you feel, how depressed etc and how you would know if you got better. Then seal it and place it under your clean socks or wherever. Do the meditation above for 30 days, then open the letter. Does it look strange like someone else wrote it, does it even make sense now? Did you meet the qualifications for being better as the old you had stated in the letter? Judge for yourself if it worked and try to call back that old unwanted way of being and notice what happens instead. If you desire to go further faster after that, search for change work like I did when I found the ERT practitioner. Feel out these professionals first as some with degrees out the yeng yang may or may not be best at change work with you while someone that got an degree in accounting 30 years ago but then dedicated their selves to self study all those years may be a greater help to some. Find someone right for you. Many coaches can work at an distance and some terms to Google are EFT, ERT, 5 Part Hypnosis and 7 Part Hypnosis. Good Luck.

@Madhav Goel I have to agree with everything John Mcgraw has said but would like to add that after 53yrs of, at times debilitating, depression and horrible anxiety I've found appreciation (sometimes /often) forcing myself to start is the quickest way to feel better. Depression builds from denying, or being denied the opportunity to express your emotions, this leads to turn them inward. From that space it's very difficult to appreciate anything.. especially ourselves. The truth is when we are truly appreciating WHAT we are we allow our emotions space to be heard, felt and to move. We know that everything we feel is valid and comes up for good reason, that they're beautiful, important and are the promptings, directions given by our inner sat nav. I think of depression as a wonderful way back to the truth of you.. Your soul holds the place of the truth of you and the further away from that you go with your thoughts and actions the worse you feel, it's a way we have of alerting ourselves that we need to become aware of the thoughts we're thinking and the beliefs we're holding which are taking up too much of our focus. It gives us the opportunity to clear out unhelpful ideas and readjust our mindset. The reason why appreciation practices works so quickly and effectively is because it brings you into alignment with your divine self. You and your soul/inner being /divine/higher self are not separate entities, we live, feel and function better when we live from this truth. Sending you, and anyone reading this, love. You are part of the whole and you matter.. How you feel matters. You might not feel it now but you are beautiful, a truly magnificent expression of pure creative energy.
