This Video is to show you the difference between Night Stay and Full Day Tour in Maldives resorts. As we went for a Day Tour to Adaaran Prestige Vadoo resort, so I have considered it as an example to explain each and every aspect of Day Tours and overnight stay at this resort including booking, check-in/check-out, food, airport transfers by speedboat, price, budget, packages, wifi connectivity, liquor/alcohol, water sports activities, water villa/beach etc.
If you are looking to visit the best water villa resorts with beach in Maldives, then you have got a lot of options available. Depending upon your budget you can select from the 5 star luxury resorts of Maldives. This small country is no less than a paradise especially for honeymooners as it has got plenty of Maldives resorts for Honeymoon. Love this analysis by Anirudh. I would personally recommend to split your stay between a water villa resort and a local island guest house. The day tour price to a good resort starts from USD 120.00 per person, while there are resorts offering over water bungalows for just over USD 350.00 for a double during the off season (June & July), add another 200.00 for the transfer, and 1 night stay for 550.00 for 2 people. So the difference is USD 310.00. For this extra 310 you are getting to spend 1 full stay and spending a night at a watervilla with your loved one, seeing the stars and watching the sunsets or sunrise (depending on the water villa) is a totally different experience. The other thing to note is that if you are staying in an island other than Maafushi or HulhuMale', it is next to impossible to find a good resort day tour, due to the lack of transfer.

Thanks Bishal. I like your question. The strange thing is that even after paying so much they didn't give any complimentary snacks with drinks. They were even not giving water bottles for free but I argued a bit after which they gave us water bottles at least. We used lunch and evening snacks along with drinks, Indian hai jugaad kar lete hain bhai kuch na kuch 😊

bioluminescence depends on luck. Best chance is from june-october on relatively moonless night. and FYI, the sea of stars vahdoo and this adaran vahdoo r DIFFERENT island. but bioluminescence can be seen from most maldive resorts if lucky

We were lucky enough our kid did not bother us much. We carried a pacifier. It helps deal with air pressure during flight take off and also it keeps the kid busy. We also carried a stroller. You can carry it till the aircraft. They will keep it and give it to you after you land.

It may be possible but you shouldn't try this. There are 2 reasons: 1. At the Airport you are being asked for your hotel bookings for each and every day. 2. Even if you are allowed, the prices will be sky high if you book the resort on spot.

$120 me aana jana, lunch, evening snacks, alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages ye sab hai bhai. Snorkeling ka bhai $50-60 tak aaram se lagega kyuki $30 ke aas paas normal public island pe hi hota hai and resorts me har cheez double triple rate ki maan ke chalo.
