Why there is a slack for D? Where did that come from if it is already has zero slack in the original network?

Khaled Hassan as much as i understood there is a slack for D becoz we can extent its work upto 12 as resources are available upto thr and thus count 2 places and it can be delayed till thr and wont cause any effect to the total duration as with this extention the work will stl end at 14
