With 7.30 ph and the HCO3 low the Co2 suppose to be low in order to fight the ocidosis in this case you have mixed disorder raspiratory ocidosis with metabolic ocidosis

Can you answer me please If ph 7.40 paco2 64 Hco3 30 So if patient was on ventilator is i do hyperventilation to wash co2 or leave it like this.

Leave it alone. That's a chronic ventilatory failure blood gas. That patient lives with a high co2 and hco3, hence the normal pH. Great question!
