Nobody I know delivers a key message so eloquently... Bravo Gary... Its all about the "Intention"... So even if the outcome is the same... What matters is whether the "INTENTION" was driven by Fear or Love... All pain in relationships esp with family are "mirroring" a part of ourselves that needs attention and healing... Our souls signed up to have these experiences in order to heal, grow and evolve....

Thank YOU! I sense my challenge is "patience." Patience with my mom and also with physical pain that moves throughout my lower body. I feel anger and resentment towards the physical pain as it's been here for years. Is the process the same/similar, in loving the pain as it's here for a reason? Thank YOU! 🙏
