Persons who ask about how you feel about your boyfriend dying before you based on his age are asking a silly question. Do babies, toddlers, preteen, teenagers, young adults or those in their late 40s die or is death only for the old? Couples in the same age gap with young children lose partners to death like anyone. I was married to a wonderful man who was 22yrs older and we had a great marriage. We both were diagnosed with cancer and met in the radiation department. Sadly he passed away 4 yrs after we met and 2 yrs after we were married.
