I’ve been a bachelor all my life and I’m doing just fine thank you. I cook, clean, wax floors, do the laundry and a few years ago I purchased a set of Speed Queen washer, dryer set and they rock. I also have a refrigerator next to my washer/dryer that I keep stocked with cold beer for laundry days👍👍. I also rewired the house to a 400amp main service with 2 , 200amp sub panels and a generator cutout switch. I think I’ve got all the bases covered. One I don’t do is roofing, I’m to old for that and I’ve reroofed a couple of houses in my teenage years, so that’s checked of the list.
