You can define seismic weight by using mass model generator, which can make your work more efficient.

Sir in response spectrum analysis you consider positive x, z direction but you not consider -x, -z direction in spectrum analysis why?

Because in Load Combination already +ve and -ve wll be considered. However for wind load we need to consider all the directions as the coefficients are different for each side.

You have not given time period in X and y direction while defining seismic load. I.e you are taking time period for bare frame I.e 0.075h^0.75 But, for masonry in fill wall you must take T=0.09h/sqrt(d). Other wise you will get incorrect and less seismic base reaction.

The formulae you have mentioned is as per IS 1893(Part1) 2016, 7.6.2 (d) and yes you are correct we have to consider it. Thanks for mentioning this.
