Part 166 : Q:( 1:43) Did prophet explained surah Nisa verse 34 about disobedient wife punish ? *** Q : ( 6:00 ) = Did scholars understand correct meaning of “وَ اضۡرِبُوۡہُنَّ “ in verse 34 surah Nisa , for example in normal way parents say to teacher if my child doesn’t obey u than punish him , it doesn’t mean hurt too much for character building. *** Q : ( 12:42 ) In heritage son will take 2 parts & daughter will get one . (Surah Al Nisa verse 11 ,12 ) but in Hadees Prophet deletion تخصیص God’s order by saying who will killed his father can’t get father wealth (heritage )? Q: ( 22:11) = Non Muslims can’t give benefits منفعت on religion conflicts that’s why they can’t get heritage , no benefit & no love is here in relationships that’s this is علت to apply God’s order ? *** Q : (23:44) = Did people ignore Quran & giving importance to Hadees narratives ? ***************Sobia bhatti has collected these questions from lecture for students,

Ans= On tyranny & atrocity by Qisas law everyone will get punish , if in anger u damage people rights ,life, wealth & respect even parents and husband will also answerable on tyranny & they can’t hurt too much.***2nd type of punish is Quran,s law or state law , for example 100 lashes درے on fornication . *** 3rd type of punishment is for anyone character building for example our parents,teachers punish or husband disconnects relationship with wife or by warning or by punish in lighter mode husband can educate his wife , husband can’t hurt too much for punish.*** Q : ( 6:00 ) = Did scholars understand correct meaning of “وَ اضۡرِبُوۡہُنَّ “ for example in normal way parents say to teacher if my child doesn’t obey u than punish him , it doesn’t mean hurt too much for character building. = Ans Quran has discussed this issue by saying some verses ( محکمات ، متشابہات ) r very easy to understand & some r difficult because God didn’t expose it . *** For translation we translate any word by reference to context & sentence subject. *** Q : ( 12:42 ) In heritage son will take 2 parts & daughter will get one . Ans = Quran all orders based on (علت و ملول )reasons , God divided heritage to those relationships who r very close to anyone and in routine they r giving benefits ( منفعت) morally & financially, this is heritage reasoning (علت) , now if anyone has lost this feelings of care & kill father than how can he get heritage.that’s why prophet explained heritage matter in this way . Ijtehad (اجتہاد) philosophy also based on reasoning علت of any God’s orders that’s why modern scholars r trying to solve issues by researching on Quran Sunnah & Hadees order,s reasons *** In Surah Qiyamah God said He will explained if any matter need to explain *** Q: ( 22:11) = Non Muslims can’t give benefits منفعت on religion conflicts that’s why they can’t get heritage ? Ans : Yes *** Q : (23:44) = Did people ignore Quran & giving importance to Hadees narratives ? Ans = Yes it’s true, people just want to recite Quran & they have no interest to explore God’s messages with wisdom . On baseless arguments scholars have no answers , this is lack of knowledge. By Hadees Prophet explained Quran orders in tafheem o tadween & سیرت و سوانح Hadees narratives , after 40 years researching on Hadees narratives relevant with Quran , me & all scholars came to know that Hadees narratives r just explaining Quran so we can’t say narratives r adding, adaptation, deletion, modification in Quran orders.
