Unless otherwise decided by the Committee, it shall be the responsibility of the Secretary of the Society to maintain and keep up-to-date the Account Books, Registers and other Records mentioned under the Bye-law Nos. 141 and 142.

Sir..committee member koi bhi kaam me help nhi karte hai, kya karna chahiye , kuch com member to monthly meeting me bhi nhi aate hai.

It happens generally , most of the work done by Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer only, so continue, as society work should be done timely. If you will be removed them as provision is there in bye law, then there will be no strength.
