Another video I did that may help you is: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZ6pnmxubb96i9U that shows a slightly different type with a scout who has autism. It has been such a long time that Quinn made the pamphlet (in his troop, an Eagle Scout is expected to do his own unless he has disabilities that restrict them in doing their own planning. They can ask for advice and ask for help in setting up, etc but they are in charge of their own ceremony). I think I remember it having the scout oath, the general outline of the ceremony, the scout prayer that he picked prior to the meal, and a small bio. There was more but I sorry I cannot remember. Quinn is now in graduate school and has most of his stuff with him. Hope this helps. Have a GREAT Day.

I have mine next month but I have one question... do I need to do ANY public speaking like a speech????

Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. To answer your question ... it depends on which ceremony format you use. Most of the ones we attended, had no speech from the Eagle Scout. One had a small "thank you for coming" type of speech at the end, and one had the new Eagle hand out special thank you gifts where he explained the meaning behind the gifts. Most just had the MC and guest speakers do all the speeches. It's your ceremony. You pick out the one you want. Ask for guest speakers NOW. Don't wait or YOU may have no choice but to do the speeches yourself. HINT HINT
