I really hope Disney sells the name back to the original creator. I want clubpenguin back in a genuine and safe way. I’m sick of my new accounts getting deleted every few months because of Disney, I will never forget clubpenguin rewritten. It gave me something Disney will never have, legitimacy. It felt real, it felt like it had passion. Clubpenguin island never had that. Disney, never had that. They’ll never have that.

CP3D definitely went out with a bang, that's for sure. I didn't want it to end, but in my opinion, The Rift was the absolute perfect way to end the story. Tied up all the loose ends, didn't leave any new ones, and was simply an amazing way to end things. Waddle on, CP3D. It's been a wild ride.

I'm not really a Club Penguin fan, but from an outsider's perspective here, I truly believe that there isn't any other game like Club Penguin. It's so distinct from other online multiplayer games, and the community seems really nice. Sucks that 3D is gone, seems like it was hella fun

I was one of the main admins for the wikia providing all of the latest information on CP3D. The small community that I was a part of was truly something special, with the final party making all kinds of references to the game's past, and also some inside jokes from within the community. Saying goodbye to this project is sad, but I can understand the team's motives for choosing to close.

@@oddballjake229 Well, it is possible for them to get it to shut down, but I imagine they'd have to go to court first in order to sort this one since it's not directly an IP that they created/own. However, it's a spiritual successor, so I personally don't think it will get shut down, but you never know with people these days.

I knew this game existed, wanted to play it so bad around 2020 but couldn’t cause of the old laptop that I had, but man, now seeing this made me feel sad that I should of played it earlier cause it looked so good. Vailskibum, I have hopes on you reading this commentary, and that other people does! I wanted to talk about Club Penguin Legacy, an excellent CPPS that has the old style before 2012 and It´s amazing. You dont need to download anything to play, like Club Penguin Rewritten. It still has some things to add, like Puffles or Dojo, but it has the majority of the old minigames. The community is small, but good and respectful. I hope someone that reads this comment and makes an account on it to play! As I said, I hope Vailskibum and other people read this comment.
