According to this url forums.bigfishgames.com/posts/list/177340.page It says that you have to change the graphic card settings and hit Fill Aspect Ratio. If you can explain the problem further, I can help better.

ngan binh truong press new game button to restart the game. Change graphics in the options menu. Reinstall game in the control panel, programs and features in windows 7.
