INGREDIENTS:
300 gms Bhindi/okra/lady finger
2 tsp lemon juice
oil for frying
salt
turmeric powder
4 tbsp water
1 tsp red chili powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp gram flour
2 medium onions
6-7 garlic pods
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
a bay leaf
a cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp heeng/asafortida
2-3 tomatoes
a piece of ginger
1-2 green chillies
2-3 fresh yogurt/dahi

Been looking to make a bhindi masala curry for a while becaue I remember this from my childhood eating my mum's cooking and I was shocked at how close this recipie turned out and what's interesting is that I simply ran it on my TV and asked my Telgu speaking cook to do it and it still worked out so well! I like that you don't banter away in your videos and keep it short and to the point ! Thanks.
