Yeah it's more about what kind/brand of canned sauce a place uses. I'm sure alot of these places use cheaper sauces to keep cost down. Canned San Marzanos are pricier, but man they are worth it. They make an amazing sauce with little effort.

man when you dug down to the rice in the chicken and rice I knew it was going to be good. also, I like my pizza saucy. maybe if you had let it cool down like a lasagne. that crust did look pretty weird though. anyway, props to jimyofficial. I think I would have liked those wings if the sauces were tasty. I'm not a picky wing person though. for instance, I don't mind braised chicken with the skin on. I think it's great if the flavor is there.
