RESTAURANT STYLE CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH RECIPE

CLUB SANDWICH RECIPE
* Ingredients for the chicken:
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
* Ingredients for the egg mixture:
- 4 boiled eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 3/4th cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 12 bread slices (sides cut)
- 4 tbsp butter for toasting (salted or unsalted)
- Ketchup as needed
- 1 sliced tomato
- Handful of lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
Serving size: 4 whole (8 half) sandwiches
