Restaurant Style Shrimp and Bok Choy Recipe

An Asian inspired dish that's so quick and healthy .This recipe tutorial will show you how to cook this simple dish so the Bok Choy are crisp and tender shrimp for you to ENJOY!! Episode 170
for 2 - 3 serving

6 medium shanghai bok choy
14 - 18 jumbo shrimp ( butterfly )
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
4 green onion sliced
4 clove garlic fine chopped
1 1/2 tbsp fine chopped fresh ginger
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp cornstarch
salt and pepper to your taste
and ENJOY!!

Wow, just made this recipe and WILL make again. I made it more to my taste...I added shiitake mushrooms, no salt(soy sauce and oyster sauce are salty), and chopped Thai red chilies(did not add pepper flakes at the end). Served over Jasmine rice. DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe! And I did subscribe!

Thank you. I made this tonight and it was devoured by the family. Hubby is vegan so I substituted tempeh for prawns for his dish (had two pans going) and Mr. Fussy LOVED it! Before they'd even finished it was decided we'll be having this again!
