Set in Lake Lugano's charming village of Melide, this is a penthouse seeking to maximize the experience of the breathtaking views of sky, water, and mountains. What was once the top floor of a 1970s villa has been transformed into a 200 m2 modern home that extends to a rooftop garden with barbecue area, lounge, and swimming pool. The interior program is first and foremost characterized by the 'cube' containing storage space and bathroom while the kitchen and living room greatly emphasizes the impressive views of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains.

I have visit Lugano and Lake Lugano is beautiful. This home is on the outside of city of Lugano so it could be cheaper than real estate in Lugano. If this was in Lugano, this home will cost 3-4 million easily . Switzerland real estate is very expensive but beautiful everywhere💖👏👏
