That's because it actually isn't a PS1. It's a rip-off based on an even older console, simply built in a PS1 case. As seen in the video, it's supposed to be a NES rip-off although the cartridge slot looks more like N64. I don't know why he calls it Gameboy PS1 since, it should be NES PS1. Anyways these video are fake as hell, idk if it's supposed to be satirical or what. At the end he's just playing with no cartridge on, lol.
