Restoration of Grover mini rotomatic tuner (sealed back)

I recorded myself taking a sealed back Grover tuner apart, cleaning it up and putting it back together.

I'm seeing new Grovers selling for like 150 bucks a set. Where's the magic bit of the tuner that makes it so much better than a 30 buck set?

I'm too lazy to scrape the paint off that Gover. A little acetone will loosen it quickly and you can wipe or brush it off.
