Restoration of Rado Voyager Found In Scrap Watches | ETA 2836-2

We at Pride In Watches, restored this Rado Voyager with roman dial which was found in scrap watches. It was missing rado anchor logo. There were no hands on it. Crown was missing and movement was also not in there.
We outsourced all the required parts and brought it back to life. Watch is keeping accurate time now and can be worn anywhere anytime.

This video has made me decide not to sell out the Voyager that I inherited from my grandpa. Its a really sleek piece with Octagonal dial and original movements, a lil bit quicker though. Its original bracelete was too rough, so my dad got it replaced with a bracelet from diastar. Selling it would be injustice.

Hi, thank you for your comment. The yellow liquid is called mercury lotion here. It softens the dried up oils and the clear liquid is isopropyl alcohol it cleans up the parts and remaining lotion.

It’s clear magic epoxy. Comes in 2 tubes, it solidify slowly after mixing them both. It is available easily in Pakistan.
