The homeless get a C&O passenger car to live in. Amtrak P32BWH-8 rolls out of the workshops wearing fresh phase 4 paint. The #509 goes from rusty to fresh again. The homeless people don't have to live outside anymore now they can reside in a C&O passenger car. WB Amtrak #509.

Can you restore a Coaster F40PHM-2C? It's #2105 and it's in horrible shape at a very old rail spur. It's completely inoperable as the prime mover and HEP generator are extremely rusty.
