That specific model is a Porsche Turbo S 1:18 Solid, it is a model not so old so it is almost impossible for one to be in those conditions

I think he burn the the metal body of this one, burning the paint and melting some of the plastics parts too, and maybe some kind of paint or powder to simulate the rust? Not gonna lie, he did a good job since it looks like a real car burned down!
