Thank you for making this playlist! I have ADHD and always struggled with motivation to do any exercise consistently. I found your channel a couple of weeks ago, instantly loved it, and started doing yoga 2-3 times a week after nearly 2 years of no exercise other than walking a lot. And then I found this challenge! I've just finished my day 4 exercise. I'm 32 and I've NEVER managed to do yoga that many days in a row! The variety means I won't get bored and I actually look forward to the next day's exercise and the length is perfect - I can't make an excuse for lack of time and it doesn't feel like a huge effort (seems like my brain is scared of anything close to 30 minutes or over). Thank you so much for getting me back into yoga 💗My mental health is already improving and I can deal with my emotions a lot better in such a short time, which only motivates me to keep going! To make something that gets me out of bed and straight into the mat is an amazing feat, so here's some gold stars 😉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your voice is so calming and unintrusive, esp for 6a, that even when I am doing yoga movements, my three cats (Wynter, AwTohm & Szunsiet) calming walk around me, lay in my way, or are brushing up against me for petting swipes. So even on days like this: it is Wednesday, 6 Nov. (2024) and instead of starting off with yoga, I have bills to pay; but, Yoga With Bird is routine, so I turned on this video and watched them slurp water and stretch out on the thick carpet...at 6:49, am still doing "adulting", so now have Restorative Yoga for Restless Legs playing in the background. Thank you for the talking points that are so encouraging to us beginning on our yoga journey.
