The 3 in one oil application is amazing. I have never tried it but I will now. Before I retired recently i would take my smaller plates to work and put them in the parts cleaner overnight and that would work good, now this video has given me some great advice on plate cleaning. Thanks!

How would I remove paint that was sprayed on my joe weider bumper plates. I can't believe somebody would paint over these,but they did. I don't want to ruin the original blue paint underneath. I just want to take the stupid black paint somebody used to molest these vintage plates.

That's a tough one. If you mean full rubber bumpers, I've never tried paint removal from rubber. If you mean vintage bumpers that have metal disc with a rubber ring around it, I'd use the Citristrip gel on the metal to give paint. Maybe test the gel on a small part of the rubber and see if it adversely affects it or not.

@@vintageweightspgh Thanks! I found something that works!! Goo Gone! Home depot sells it. But you have to go slow and wipe easy. Otherwise the blue part could get damaged...
