What a stunningly beautiful property, with so much natural light - that aerial view is quintessential Italian. That swimming pool is so inviting in the winter - imagine how wonderful it is in the warmer months. The Layout of the Villa is Great, with Fab Guest Rooms, Interiors are Bright with lots of Natural Light. Danilo, you had me with the cat following you which speaks volumes to me❣️ the velvet tone of your voice and the way you eloquently describe these properties is perfection. This is MY type of property, clean lines, minimal furniture in muted tones to allow the finishes of the structure to sing, terracotta transitioning to parquet floors, timber accents on kitchen surfaces to contrast the black leather grain finished bench tops. Stunning! The integration of wood and terracotta is beautiful. Yes, to the shivers, those words are given a new richness and meaning :). Danilo is a master at navigating us through properties and you can tell he loves what he does. I love the whiteness, the lightness and the simplicity of the kitchen and the entire home.
