What a stunningly beautiful property, with so much natural light - that aerial view is quintessential Italian. That swimming pool is so inviting in the winter - imagine how wonderful it is in the warmer months. Stunning Villa in Beautiful Umbria. The Gardens look Amazing and the Infinity Pool looks Fab 👍. The Layout of the Villa is Great, with Fab Guest Rooms, Interiors are Bright with lots of Natural Light. Danilo, you had me with the cat following you which speaks volumes to me❣️ the velvet tone of your voice and the way you eloquently describe these properties is perfection. This is MY type of property, clean lines, minimal furniture in muted tones to allow the finishes of the structure to sing, terracotta transitioning to parquet floors, timber accents on kitchen surfaces to contrast the black leather grain finished bench tops. Stunning! The integration of wood and terracotta is beautiful. Yes, to the shivers, those words are given a new richness and meaning :). Danilo is a master at navigating us through properties and you can tell he loves what he does. I love the whiteness, the lightness and the simplicity of the kitchen and the entire home. We live in HK in an 800 sq foot flat and it is exactly the same value as this stunning villa!! But it is 'horses for courses' and we will continue to live our very enjoyable life in HK, whilst in my dreams I can be in this house and pool in Umbria, one of our favourite parts of Italy.
