Are these the pre-recall control arms? You'll like the handling feeling if they are. I was thinking of getting those Defcon style inserts and running pre-recall bushings, except i only learned about them just after getting new bushings :/

Ive just repainted my front wishbones and they were very rusty. So rusty that i was knocking off chunks of rust and found salt in them as well.

Spray paint won't last on a control arm. Try POR-15 next time. Or if you can sandblast beforehand, 2 part epoxy primer.

The coating felt really solid, but unfortunately I can’t provide a long term review since I sold them.

I ended up selling these before drilling it. But it’s easy to do, I recall seeing some forum posts about this mod. Just drill and tap for the appropriate bolt.

I want to see it.... I used to have audi tt I sold it and I bought vw mk4 vr6 and I wann swapped the control arm but the is the nub.... and also I just bought a new set of coilovers
