Restoring a 110-Year-Old German WW1 Grenade

Today I want to show my work on the restoration of a 110-Year-Old German WW1 Grenade M1916 (Training Stick Grenade - Ubung Stielhandgranate) from the First World War, often called a "potato masher". It is completely harmless, as it was used by German soldiers for training in throwing grenades. This rare item was found at the battlefields.
My job was to clean the grenade, make a wooden handle and a mock-up fuse tube. It took a long time.

Anyone else notice that, half the time in the close-up shots, he looks really clumsy. Yet the finished result is always perfect?

This video does not show making a bomb because it shows the process of inserting an EMPTY metal tube into a wooden handle.

@@Restoration.LetsGetStarted Yes, I know it doesn't show actual bomb-making. I was speculating on the chances of a false positive from the automated content filter .

@@vlota I think everything will be fine. 👌What worries me more is that I still have very few subscribers. I do all the work myself, all the items are very old, the restoration is real, but still, probably the audience prefers the fake restoration of guns.

@@Restoration.LetsGetStarted I thiink the problem is, as you mention, that there are so many fake restoration videos on KZbin. I'm sure you know the ones; where a supposedly found item has obviously just been sprayed over with a rust-promoting spray, to make it look in a worse state than it is. So it can be miraculously restored. Hopefully, if you keep uploading genuinne content, you'll get the subscriber count up. For what it's worth, you've got significant;y more than my own KZbin channel [not under this username]. BTW-I apologise for my initial comment. The fact the close-ups of your hands looked clumsier than the finished work set my "fake" alarm off. Such is the, sometimes misplaced, cynicism that browsing KZbin engenders in us!

@@vlota I will try to upload new content, the next one will be the restoration of a very rare bayonet (at least for me), there is a lot of work with steel (welding, grinding). Unfortunately, I'm not a videography specialist, I'm trying to learn how to do better. It turns out the video is still like this, but everything is real.

Согласно правил русского языка использовать одинаково правильно, как шпаКлевка, так и шпаТлевка. В первом случае это написание общелитературное, во втором - используется в технической литературе. Погуглите.
