That generation of XJ really are the most beautiful salon cars in the world. Great detail. The interior really is night and day.

Think I'd get more job satisfaction out of renewing a tired looking old classic than a brand new supercar! Great job! Great vid! Looking forward to more of these!

that is true! When I had my 2007 Lexus IS 250 done the paint looked factory fresh after a good polish and detail.

Owner must really love that car... the cost of the correction must be equivalent to the cars value! Great job guys

They will go up in value as they become more scarce, especially the rare last year V12's if well maintained, because they are great looking cars. Worth finding a cheap on e now and looking after it

These older cars are just as much a "Historical timepiece",as the fancy new cars are..They deserve high quality care!!.... History!!! is important 🧐...Great video - superior effort!!👍🏻😎

Good video on a fabulous car. I recall having a customer who owned an XJR in this colour from new. Such a soft paint that chipped easily. Looked great however you only had to look at it and a swirl mark would appear. Thank you.

Are you able to assess how deep the clear coat is to see how aggressive you can be with the correction? Looks amazing. Surely it would have been best to ppf the car after such work especially as the paint is so inconsistent and soft? In terms of the interior, I'm assuming you're not just using any old "magic" pad to clean the seats?
@roadtuned14163 жыл бұрын
Yes, they have special tool that can read the paint and tell you on each panel how much lacquer you have left and then you can decide if you can sand the paint, or what abrasive paste to use etc.
