Hi I’m new to ur channel I live ur restorations but one thing I’d live to know is where I can get those rubber tires
@LittleRestorers Жыл бұрын
Thanks for checking out my videos. May I ask what part of the world you from. I get the rubber in Australia from a local manufacturer. I have seen similar Neoprene Rubber cords on ebay but I believe they from China.

Wow man that was absolutely amazing 👍 I can't believe the fantastic job you did on those pedals and seat. Brilliant job and attention to detail. Love your work👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thanks so much mate, appreciate your support. When you dont have the skills and equipment to "make a one" , you just improvise with what you got 🤣😉

As a vintage tricycle collector in the states, I think you did a beautiful job restoring the small bicycle. I was especially interested to see what you were going to do to restore the seat.
@LittleRestorers8 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching. The original seat would have been made out of hard leather, and the seat on it before restoration was a replacement. I hope my new seat stands the test of time 😁😉

Well done, yet again! 👍🏼👍🏼 This trike has a few unusual features. Don't often see pressed sheet forks. Great save on those pedals. They'd certainly seen better days. The training wheels are a fantastic touch! I'd imagine the kids get a kick out of them.
@LittleRestorers Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. Yes its built slightly differently to the usual ones I come across. I could only find 1 pic online that showed it originally had mud guards, training wheels and a hard leather seat 👍

@@LittleRestorers You seem to have a knack for finding the unusual! Anything just as odd coming up?

@KevinD_33x150 Mate just because its you, i'll let you on the secret... The next project is another Tricycle but I promise you, it's the last one for this year 🤣😉

@@LittleRestorers Thanks! 👍 It would be hard to dislike the trikes. It's not like every kid rides one these days. The end is now much closer than the beginning... 🤣🤣

Amazing work buddy. The powder coating is new. A step up from spray painting and it looks better too, especially the chrome work. I tip my hat to your persistence in restoring the pedals. Most of us would have ditched them and replaced them, but not you. They turned out fantastic. Great work again mate. You and your family have a great Christmas.
@LittleRestorers Жыл бұрын
Thanks M. Replacing the pedals would have been the easy option but I wanted to try to preserve the original. Thanks again for your support throughout the year, and wishing yours a fantastic holiday's season too 😉👍
