The blade max 2 was almost identical form factor to these, only battery wasn’t removable, was a decent enough performance had it 4 years then flogged while it was still going, it was a brushless motor and 40v , ps compare the blade brush roll to Henry quick almost identical! The blade max 2 I had in max mode would stick to the carpet and was difficult to push.

I have this the wheel locked and the clog won't turn and it's not accessible to fix when that happens it's game over prove me wrong? 😂 Not one video anywhere on how to resolve this issue because there isn't a fix once that happens it's game over. Thought it was a simple case of replacing the belt took it apart the belt was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Head doesn't spin after cleaning the brush and doesn't spin with the brush on or off. Waste of £250

I've seen this before when one of the wires running through the pivot in the head snaps. If you've got a multimeter you can check for voltage (under 20v) from the machine, then test the wiring within the head

@@beko1987yeah maybe the case because the smaller head attachments still work fine just takes forever to hoover your carpets looking to just buy a new main head as it's not worth the headache trying to fix it anymore

@Jamie-yd7up no, used working heads are very cheap on ebay. By far the easier fix!
