Restoring an Animated Toy Watch (eyes move)

So far it’s gaining about 1 minutes a day maybe less on the wrist. Ill do a shorter video checking in on that. Thanks 😎 ☮️

A BFG pin pallet movement lol they are definitely one of the most frustrating ones to fix the pivots are only 0.8mm and break of with a sneeze. I like this watch too it’s worth saving imo. 🤣👏👍🙄🙄

This was much easier to service than I thought it would be. It’s running really well. I didn’t take apart the barrel but, if I had extra movements laying around I would be curious

I need advice, what type of glue to use for connecting the hairspring to the hairspring stud (ST36 , Chinese unitas 6497). It seems it was glued with some green glue. Thanks

Try apoxy, not sure which one to get but something that cures fast.

If you can stick it back in the original green apoxy you can use super glue to hold it back in.
