What type of fans are you using for electric fan conversion? Dual fans look good but why did you go with that over using one large fan?

I bought this one because it came as a plug & play kit specifically for the e39. It hasn't kept the running temp cooler, but has eliminated the drag and risk of the clutch fan. @@michaelcoyle1062 check out the gulf 85C thermostat. Did wonders for my 540i. I think there is a plug and play 88C for the vanos motors.
