No. Stock turbo. But it is tuned on bm3 and has downpipe

That's great to hear! I didn't record the rs7 turbos or the center shaft support bearing. That thing is a blast to drive; I'm proud it landed in a great home!

Great looking S6! Have the same mods minus rhe RS7 turbos. Only question id have is did you notice heat soak with those type intakes? We tested both tyoe intakes, IEs internal and ECSs short ram and found the short ram intakes suffered high heat soak temps. However, not nearly as bad had they been positioned on the other side near manifolds. Great build!!

I know there was a lot of vacuum lines to put together. Are you sure they are atmospheric? I know some diverter valves are return style so they won't vent to atmosphere. Good luck!

Not really, the RS6 grilles are in fact cheap, I should know there is one on CERBERUS. But they do look great and offer a lot more air flow. IJS

Start with just the intake. The car is bm3 stage 2 so more boost. If I were to get another bov, I’d get one that dumps into the atmosphere. I’m pretty sure you’ll get a ton of sound from the intake 1st. The turbo is only a few inches from the filter. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching

@@AudiS6OBSESSED Fitment turned out great; however, I will say that it was a huge PITA to install. My heat gun was a great tool in getting it to bend as needed.

I installed these a year or so ago, mine were leaking at 60k miles, saw this video and dawned on my that my atmospheric Forge valves doesn't make the sound yours does - any idea why ours is different?

I was also stage 2+ Unitronic tuned. Perhaps because of the additional boost? I highly recommend a good tune!

I bet you accidentally bought the recirculating ones. You have to have the Atmospheric ones. Or maybe they accidently shipped you the wrong ones. They looked nearly identical so I'm sure that's it. Even stock it will make this sound.

My order says atmospheric so maybe the wrong ones in the box. I'll look again later this week. Haven't driven the car much since install of that and the SRM intakes at the same time.

@@AJyfm700R No updates, per Forge I have the correct atmospheric ones... just doesn't make the noises (not expecting blow off loud) like the video above. I'm SRM tuned stage 2+, with full SRM intakes among other mods.

@@Wanderer25 super reliable tune. Even with the rs7 turbos and trans stage 2. Car has been spectacular. Unitronic got it right. I’ve since sold the car but great feedback from the buyer as well.

I would recommend SRM intakes. The cars has rs7 turbos now and it’s worth it to go with SRM intake. Sounds better too. Thanks for watching
