As always, thanks for the great video Ross! I'm not a boxing coach but as I was listening to your ideas, I couldn't stop thinking that I could use these strategies with my kids as a father to help them achieve success in any goals they want to achieve whether it be in school, sports, etc. Criticizing them is often the easiest first reflex a parent might have because the solutions seems "so obvious" in our adult's head but so "destructive" in the long run for the kids. Again, thanks Ross! Much respect!

Ross, Thank you for your excellent videos! The one on building confidence and this one are great. I can tell you really care about your people and that is so important. Caring about and believing in your students(kids, or anyone for that matter!) is essential and you bring that. RESPECT to you and keep up the excellent work!
