Restoring Damaged XBOX 360 Elite - Weird MOD

Hi everyone, thank you for 32:35 of your time. In this video I restore, back in function and mod the XBOX 360 Elite, released in 2009. It's an old game console but still have great game library, the games are easy and cheap to find in CD version. In this video I used All matte acrylic quality sprays, the sprays are FB-734 Gray Beige, FB-732 Light Gray Beige, FB-902 Deep Black and Chrome or Silver.
The games I bought it in very cool package which is looking like bank tresor cassette, this is from GTA 4 special edition.

How to say this....The customization mod looks like a soldier who brought an Xbox 360 to war for playing games. Then suddenly, the base got alarmed and gunz blazing, probably hit the Xbox along with controller. It soon became a prize antics called the ELITE XBOX 360 WAR (something-someting, I dunno). The point is, from a wrecked part of the case, it gives a story to it looks.

The really hard part is the x brackets under the CPU, I took mine off and in the process I broke off a piece of the motherboard.

the clamps aren't bad if you got the proper removal tool. Xbox phat models are easier to take apart with the opening tool. I find slims more of a paint to take apart especially due to that stupid clip behind the rear console sticker. if it wasn't for that it'd be cake.

I made one of this too a few weeks a go! That rear springs holding the cooler as to be on of the worst things to work on... As always you get it on point! Super cool result! Amazing!

There is a product called Goo Be Gone in the U.S. that works well for removing dried thermal paste. Make sure to clean with the alcohol afterwards though. This eliminates the need to use any scraping items on the cpu or gpu and usually gets absolutely everything off the die. Just thought you might want to try.

Hey andrew, A better way to do the grey (metal) scratches is to put a metallic coat of paint underneath and then spray hairspray onto where you want the scratches to be. Then spray the colour you want on top, then use sandpaper to scuff the paint where you put the hairspray and then use a varnish over the top 😁 i love your content always, i just want to see you improve with every video 😁

I have an Xbox 360 E console. It's in almost mint condition, with minimal wear and tear from age. The disk drive works. The same can't be said for the controller, though.
