Hi Can you explain me about resubmission process? I failed in Research Report only,so when I resubmit again in period 47, what files do I have to submit.? I know I have to submit; RR Reference lists Excel files Resubmission statement. But do I have to upload my SLS and presentation slides again???

@@ujjwalghimire4800 nope but I think you need to submit your original RR and SLS even if you didn't fail one of these. For me, I submitted all of them including original SLS and presentation slide for safety.

The submission portal expects there to be a RR and SLS (it doesn't know that you are resubmitting). Please upload the original SLS - no need to do any work on it. There is no need to upload the presentation slides.

Hi You need to revise the presentation slides and submit those. The submission portal requires you to submit a RR and SLS (so people don't forget). It is perfectly acceptable to resubmit the original files. As you passed RR and SLS there is no need to do any work on them.

How many days will it take for ACO's investigation?

The ACO will be in rouch within 4 weeks. Watch out for an email from them. Once you respond the investigation can be resolved within a matter of days / weeks.

Regarding submission criteria 6- 1 is it unacceptable to hse annual reports at all for financial analaysis or it can be utilized but in a limit. As sometimes some financial information is close to impossible to be found on the internet.

For information gathering, a main source of information will be the annual reports (which need to be referenced). The financial statements provide the dat for you to calculate the ratios. To analyse the performance you want to identify the reasons for the financial performance, this is will be based on how management have responded to the external environment. The narrative in the financial statements (Chief exec's report / management commentary might help her) but you then need to look for other sources - news reports, investor commentary etc to support the reasons.

@@bscappliedaccounting7796 alright i understand this. But im still confused whether i can use the annual report (with appropriate referencing) to explain trends in a ratio . If i cant find useful info regarding that ratio in external sources. Thank you for your swift reply

@@muhammadirtaza4638 Yes you can use the annual report. If you only use the annual report without other information to support the explanations you have for the performance, you are likely to fail (for overreliance on a single source of information).

@@bscappliedaccounting7796 does this overreliance on a single source rule apply on online news articles too? If majority of my analysis is based on online newspaper articles , various different types of newspapers publishers though , would it still be a fail?

According to feedback,I failed in RR due to lack of referencing and it only mentioned about referencing. I wanna know is that Do I have to amend only referencing or as I chose topic8, do I have to amend others like financial analysis and swot, pestel analysis of company. (In feedback, it only mentioned about referencing!!!)

If you are resubmitting within 54 periods of your first submission, there is no need to update the financials. It is just about addressing the feedback on referencing
