Do I understand you sent them in to Amazon in January/February and sold them in August? When you talk about holding a product, you are talking about in a AZ warehouse. How and when do LTSF apply? I'm still fairly new to FBA and don't really understand when these fees really hit and how bad they actually hurt. Thanks!

We sent a few in early and then we kept the rest at home until we saw they were getting close to our price.

We sent in a little at a time. We always do that with our big quantities. Our house is usually packed full of Amazon stuff.
