It honestly was not that bad. I saw your comment just before I hit play and was expecting 2022 chrome miscut, but it's really not that bad. It's really only fairly bad when it's a big card like this, but I have seen way worse come out of this release. The qc for this release appears to be one of the worst ones this year, but this specific card will still catch a decent chunk of change

I would rather buy 4 hangers of the update over anything for $50. I finally got lucky and found 2 hangers at Best Buy and pulled a home field advantage of jackson merrill from one and a golden mirror variation of Kai-Wei Teng from the other one.

If the Churio has been pulled, the Skenes super and 1/1 auto have been pulled as well people just need to stop the upcharge. No sense scalping the price now that these are gone when everyone wanted them.

The Elly and Jackson Holliday 1/1 and debut patches are still out there, but I don't support the scalpers buying up everything and selling them at 50% profit either.

My Mega Box was weird. I pulled 2 numbered cards, Jackson Holliday Ray Wave/ X fractor, Jack Merrill X-fractor as well as a Paull Skenes X-Fractor.

I got a Jackson Holiday Xfractor from the first chrome release that gemmed up to a 10. Hoping he has a big sophomore season next year.

I was completely in the “this is a ripoff for $50, it’s just a blaster!” Camp. Still preordered 2 from GameStop and I’m a Pro, so they were under $100 total. I was floored in the value I got. Mike Trout Major league minis (1:4,440 packs), Skenes true rookie refractor, Merrill true rookie xfractor, 3 color (2 /199, 1 /99), a rookie purple speckle auto /299 (starting pitcher for the padres) l, Skenes base true rookie and some other really good rookie parallels. These boxes having minimum of 12 parallels brings the floor up A LOT and I’d rather pay $50 than $65 for an additional 14 base cards because I don’t think it changes the hit odds at all. I’m extremely happy with mine and I’m buying more!

Sheesh. Well, looks like I won't be ripping into my two boxes after all and I'll be holding on to them to sell at a later date. There's just not enough in this product to want to open it.
