Yum. I just at Costco, Sparks Sunday got my chicken also...Yes 1 bird makes many meals. Got their New mini lemon cream cakes. Yummy and not Keto. Lol

Ms Vickie, that looks so yummy! My nearest Costco is 75 miles away so when I get to go I buy 4-6 of those chickens, de-bone them as soon as I get home. My Hubby eats on the wings for a few days, I vacuum seal & freeze the meat, freeze the bones for broth. They keep very well for a long time. Have fun camping, Blessings to your Family.

I've been buying a rotisserie chickens usually King Kullen and Costco. Yes the are big and cheaper than buying packages I have to cook. Thanks so much for the recipe I have a whole rotisserie chicken I've been trying to figure out what do make tonight.

LOOKS GREAT. ILL TELL YA I BEEN SQUEEZING AS MANY MEALS AS I CAN GET FROM EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF MEAT.
