My evening skincare routine often means a retinol routine, mostly because I want to take advantage of the anti-aging skin benefits that using retinol brings. Retinol can target the look of your fine lines and wrinkles, help to even out skin tone and texture and overall give your skin a more youthful appearance.
Taking care of your skin, and knowing the products that will help you target your skin issues or concerns are an essential part of any skincare routine.

Finally nice to see someone mention Canadian prices and what’s available in Canada. So many on KZbin are either Us or Uk but Canada does not carry a lot of products in the stores nowadays which makes it really difficult or other than that, Canadian prices is ridiculously high to afford it.

Agree! Sometimes we have to pay import fees on products we order online too, so it can be tricky. Ideally we find our faves close to home. Do you have any fave Canadian brands?

@@ChristaEvelyn I have enjoyed the various Derma E products over the last year. I recently bought from Shoppers the Revolution Retinol cream (made in UK). Nice and luxurious cream and then a 2nd one as well to try which is “my In.gredients” Retinol in Squalane Solution (made in S Korea) , a serum which is also nice. I like them both way better than the Neutrogena 0.5% Retinol which has a strong fragrance that bothers me.

❤ your videos & you 😊 I couldn’t help see your Rosacea flare up on your chin & nose & wondered if you have tried layering Azelaic acid first (allowing 20 - 30 mins) b4 your retinol? I’ve found this to be a game changer for my skin to reduce the redness. And as always you look amazing 🤩 tyvm for another fantastic video ❤

Thank you for this comment! Funny when I was doing the routine, I didn't notice the redness, but watching it back and editing - it is so noticeable isn't it? I was using AA 2x/day, and felt I could drop it back to once a day in the AM. But.... thinking my skin at the moment would benefit from bringing it back into my PM routine too. So happy to hear that it works so well for you too!!
