This is such great advice! I’m on my second week I have learned quickly that using it every day was horrible idea. Also I can’t bring any extra moisturizer down to your neck it pulled some adapelene down and my neck looked like it had chemical burn. I’m still healing. Its like red alligator skin. And I’m only using adapelene! I feel bad for your finger where you have the retinol, it’s going to be sooo dry and peeling tomorrow. That another thing I notice. Even after washing my finger.

I have been using EGA cream and Dermaceutical 1.5% retinol ( both separately and one at a time) Id like to introduce retin-A into my regime now. I’ve seen a video of yours where you have suggested .05% for oily skin and open pores. Can one switch from retinol serums to tretinoin? Also, what your thoughts on Tretinoin gel microsphere .04%? You can switch to retin 0.025% for sure and its far less irritiating..but it being retinoid you should still introduce slow and build it up. if you have very very sensitive skin then consider the gel microsphere. Glad you like the content and find it useful

hello , i am 47 and in last two years, i have seen lot of pigmentation on my nose and cheeks. also the face which used to be firm and lifted even at 45, looks dull and droopy with deep folds near the mouth.
