Tretinoin being available otc is both a boon and a curse. For ppl who are aware of the side effects and retinization process but can't visit a dermatologist, they can get it and use it with caution. Thank you for such an informative video.🥰 Even I have done a lot of research on the same over the internet, watched over 40-50 videos and websites and finally decided to incorporate tretnion in my skin care. I started it slow with 0.05% in Aug 2021, I did not get any purging or peeling 🤞 Now I am using it every alternate night, my skin is perfectly fine with no reactions as such. But at the same time I am not seeing any effect except a very negligible smoothness in skin. Should I graduate 0.1% from 0.05%. Causes looks like it is not working for me. plz suggest. Never forget spf 50 in the morning. Use thick moisturizer at night to create a healing environment for skin. Take your vitamins and minerals and Exercise.

I had same issue as I had every product of minimalist and nothing worked but recently I gave my skin a break and started with simple routine ditching all serum and kept it simple and focusing more on skin barrier and I could see good result and healing
