Retinoscope Conditions ( Myopia, Hypermetropia, and Astigmatism)

Hi, at 23 years old, with -3.00 myopia and -1.00 astigmatism in the right eye, and -2.75 myopia in the left eye, can I safely take off my glasses to read my smartphone or books for hours daily without worsening my vision? Also, will wearing under-corrected glasses of -2.75 for myopia and -0.75 for astigmatism for almost a year negatively impact my eyesight Please?🙏
