The spirit of the rule is to not have a hood fall off intentionally. Part of the blame should be on FD at the line for not taping the hood down for the second run if they deemed it was not properly attached. Chelsea definitely doesn't hold back how he feels.

His feelings are not out of hatred but out of passion for the sport. He’s been a strong advocate for fair drifting with logical rules and calls and has been victim to many ridiculous decisions that the judges made.
