I was a cop for 24 years. I retired in 93 at the rank of Chief of Police. Had I bought my States Attorney a case like that in the Karen Read case with no chain of evidence, I would have been told to get the hell out of his office and come back when I had a real case. If anyone in my Department had behaved like the keystone cops in this case I would have had a lot of openings on my PD. We had no boards, I had the hire fire power, and could fire an officer on the spot, and in fact did just that on several occasions where officers broke policy and in some cases the law.

They have tried to help her already by giving over 3000 pages of information from their investigation to both sides thinking it would make the Commonwealth stop this sham. The Feds will likely do what they can for her without compromising their investigation until it is completed. @@networkedjustice yes I agree if you are using even one version behind the current one there are always going to be issues even if they aren’t genuine. So, if anyone is interested, Turtle boy made a call months and months ago to the Julie lady. Well, Julie slips up in that call regarding Colin. She screams “Colin was in the house prior to John!”, and adds some obscenities. I can’t believe no one used that call, or maybe they didn’t pick up what she said. John was definitely in that house that night!

1. Cannone repeatedly sustained nearly every objection Lally made, with never a reason. Many of which were unnecessary objections. 2. Her connection to the Alberts should be in question. 3. Chris Albert told Aiden they would bury him under "Auntie Bev's" beach house. 4. Any judge with a close connection to a family where a dead cop is found in their front yard, must recuse herself... obviously so there is no question regarding her possible bias. 5. Cannone yelling at Karen just for smiling is showing bias. She has no idea what caused the smile. Yanetti could have said something to her humorous...

His understanding & belief in Blackstone’s ratio (the heart of our judicial system) warmed my cynical heart. The whole investigation was absolute 💩. As a former/potential juror, I was out with the solo cups, the crime scene not secured, the “revealing” of the tail light over time, and most importantly, the LACK of chain of custody. I mean, we all learned that it the first season of Law & Order, ffs. The lies, the butt dials, the “rehoming” of the phones, etc…come on! The crash daddies were just icing on the cake. Science!
