Spot on about the phone. Never looked at as an addiction but it literally is! I’m going to get an Apple Watch and leave my phone home. This way I feel connected still, but I’m not consuming KZbin or any apps.

Thank you for sharing your struggle. I look forward to no schedule. I do suggest writing morning pages to put all the things that are on your mind down on paper just so you're/we're are not carrying them around in our heads all day. I commit to one 24 hour period with no cell phone.
