I feel lucky as my barn is on the same road as this retirement facility.

Would love to have seen how you actually grain the horses at feed time, do you have to sweep the hay out of the way to feed? How do the less dominate horses eat their grain in windstorm and heavy snow conditions if their feed bucket is placed hanging on a fence? Beautiful facility!

This is EXACTLY the kind of set up I dream of building for retirement and rehabs. Do you ever allow visitors to see your facility? Alternatively, can I just retire there myself? I don't eat much! 😍😂

LOL! It gets a little cold in the winter months. ;) We occasionally do tours for different groups like 4h clubs, IEA teams or college classes from Caz College or Morrisville.

@@johnmaddensalesinc I'm only about 3 hours east/southeast of you, and well familiar with those chilly winters! 😃🥶

Are all these horses yours? Or do people send there horses to retire there?
@johnmaddensalesinc3 жыл бұрын
Most are boarded by their owners, some are owned by JMS.

Why do these horses need additional grain if they are at maintenance? Thanks
@abuelitacaicedo31855 жыл бұрын
Noelle Ursel she said in winter they need more calories to keep warming.
