The contractors in Philippines are afraid of a well written contract signed by owner , contractor and indorsed by the owners lawyer ! Do this to protect yourself.

it's really getting so hot in the PH with climate change that classrooms need to be designed with maximum airflow in mind and electric fans are needed for everyone

I agree with you. We visited several schools, and the classroom designs could definitely be improved. It would make sense to make the windows as large as the walls, with the option to open them and use big mosquito nets. The roof should also have a gap between it and the ceiling for better insulation. Unfortunately, I think schools might not have the budget for these upgrades.

I living in Germany and spend for my apartment in a village 110m2 350$ I got fireplace and garden, with all expenses it’s 550$ and max max max 200$ for food, 80$ car with insurance and tax inc 500km fuel, 60$ WiFi flat home and mobile package so I am with all luxury and insurances way under 1000$

For security reasons, you can build a gate at the entrance of the right of way leading to the public road and assign some security guards. To prevent abuse from solicitors, the Guard must ask for their National ID and each family can ask only once since you are helping tons of solicitors. Or better yet, teach them how "to fish."

I showed my wife how much we have in the bank one day, it is the equivalent of her working in the Pinas for over 5,000 years possibly 😂 Her reply was "ok mahal, i have to go to work now"... This mans wife is of the same elk, the understanding of the man of the house is to be supported and hence the husband responds in kind. Be it you have PH1B peso or PH1 peso....you find the right woman....nothing else matters.

Three wheelers are a much safer option, vs motorcycles! My Bajaj remains undefeated, vs 2 wheelers! Just be sure your license is squared away! I will be renewing my Philippine license next stay for sure. If you’re in an accident in Pinas, and the other motorist has no valid license, it’s automatically their fault, unless you, as a foreign driver, don’t have one as well…
