Do we have to re drape the client for every chemical service or do we keep the same that was put on during the chemical wave?

You keep the same drape from the perm section through the blowdry section!

What would you do with the towel on the floor

You will have to toss it into the multiuse bin, sanitize your hands (or change gloves & sanitize) and then continue as normal! Say if you're out of gloves, just mimic the motion and keep going :)
